对于现在的形势也真的不知道如何说起
2月初很冲动的下了定
然后很快就给完首期
因为买了高楼层
自己是觉得风景不错
不过真有点害怕LP到时候是否会“惧高”
买完之后就很少关注消息
但是前段时间把一些杂物搬过去那附近寄放在朋友家的时候
想去问问合同的细节
结果LP在边上问sales现在的行情
说是现在升价了
70多平方的价钱都和我们当时的成交价差不多
有点想卖掉的冲动
不过算了
反正都是自己住，又不是投资
所以现在就等。。。。
去年11月底开始关注
今年2月初下手
不知道算快还是慢
看了几个点，感觉都有点蜻蜓点水
不过这种东西，不是冲动还真的买不下来！
